Why does nobody talk about hitting 50 business calls in a single week...
So I just finished up last week and realized I made 52 cold calls and follow-ups for my little printing shop here in Dearborn. I was honestly surprised because I usually cap out around 30 before I feel burnt out. But this time I had a bunch of leads from that small biz expo at the Masonic Temple, so I just kept dialing. The thing is, I closed exactly 4 new accounts from those calls, which is way better than my normal 1 or 2. But here's the debate part - some folks say you should focus on quality over quantity, like really prep for each call. Others say you just gotta grind through the numbers and let the numbers sort themselves out. I'm leaning toward the grind side because those 4 accounts came from calls I almost skipped. Has anyone else seen a big jump in results from just hitting a higher number of calls, or do you think I just got lucky?
