That $600 meal prep service I tried for 3 months was a total waste

Honestly, I signed up for this fancy meal prep delivery thing that cost $200 a week. The portions were tiny, like kid sized, and I was still hungry after eating. Plus half the meals tasted like cardboard with sauce on top. Has anyone else found a decent meal prep service that actually fills you up without breaking the bank?

600 bucks for tiny portions and sad cardboard food, that stinks. I tried one of those once and ended up ordering pizza after eating it. What service did you try?

Oh man, I totally get that! I tried Factor once and honestly the portions were so tiny I was hungry again in like an hour. What actually worked for me was just meal prepping on Sundays, even if it's just batch cooking some chicken and rice, it saved me so much money and I actually felt full.
