Just realized Bulgarian split squats fixed my knee pain after 3 months

I always thought they were just a leg day gimmick, but my left knee started clicking during regular squats back in October. After switching to Bulgarian split squats with just bodyweight for 4 weeks, the clicking stopped completely.

The clicking stopping completely is wild. My buddy Dave had the same thing with his right knee. He was a big compound lift guy, always bragging about his 400 pound squat. Then bam, this sharp click every rep. Doctor told him to try split squats for two months. He hated every second of it, said it felt like a dumb high school PE exercise. But six weeks in, he texted me a video of himself squatting 315 with zero noise. He was mad it actually worked.

@ivanlewis reminds me of my cousin who fixed his car by doing exactly what the mechanic said not to do.
