Can we talk about the $30 foam roller I bought vs. the $80 'massage stick' I got later?
I figured a foam roller is a foam roller, right? Grabbed one off Amazon for $30, it does the job after a long day of showing houses. Then I saw this massage stick at Target for $80 and thought it looked fancier, easier to target specific spots. Honestly I think the $30 roller works just as good for the basic stuff. But the stick does reach that knot behind my shoulder blade way better. So which side are you on? Cheap roller for the win or is the stick actually worth the money for targeting?

I feel this so hard because my foam roller is basically my emotional support prop at this point. The stick might be worth it though, or maybe I just need to stop pretending I can reach that knot without dislocating something.

Oh man, totally get it. My friend Sarah @abbyd36 spent a solid 20 minutes last week trying to twist her arm around her back to hit a knot near her shoulder blade, almost fell off the couch in the process. She bought one of those stick rollers and said it's way easier than the foam one for the spots you can't reach, no dislocating required.
