I was at the Publix on Buford Highway last Thursday getting coffee beans and this woman spent a solid 10 minutes sorting through the almond bin, picking out only the biggest ones one by one... and she had a whole cart of groceries already. Why do people do that instead of just buying the prepackaged bag if they're gonna be that picky about it?
Some lady at the Publix on Main Street last Tuesday told me I was clogging the aisle by having my cart turned sideways while I compared pasta sauces. I rolled my eyes at first but then realized she was kind of right. Now I park my cart against the shelf and face it out so people can actually get by. Has anyone else gotten unsolicited shopping advice that actually worked?
