My coworker Mark insisted I was wasting time logging every stop in our field app instead of just driving. I dropped the tracking for a week and missed two client windows because dispatch didn't know I was stuck in traffic. Has anyone else had a boss or coworker give advice that actually made things worse for field work?
We're finally looking to upgrade our field management systems. We've narrowed it down to Nektar and Procore. Has anyone here used both? Procore seems like the industry standard but looks insanely expensive and maybe overkill for what we actually need. Nektar looks really promising for our specific daily tasks and asset tracking. Would love to hear some pros and cons from people who have hands-on experience with either.
