Watch out for those cheap glass weights on Amazon
Bought a set for $15 and one cracked in my sauerkraut jar, ruining the whole batch. Anyone know a good source for solid ones?

Oh man, that's brutal! Honestly, fifteen bucks down and you lost all that kraut too. Tbh I'd be so mad, glass in food is no joke.

Glass in food is no joke" is true but come on... how do we even know it was glass? Could have just been a weird bit of salt or sugar that didn't melt right. Stuff happens in kitchens. Getting that mad over fifteen bucks and some kraut seems like an overreaction. Maybe just ask for a refund next time instead of going straight to worst case scenario.
