Tried to fix a squeaky floor with baby powder and ended up with a bigger mess
Poured half a bottle of baby powder down the cracks in my hallway floorboards last Tuesday and now every step kicks up a white cloud like a snowglobe. Has anyone else tried a filler that actually stays put and doesn't explode everywhere?

Man 4 days later and you're still dealing with a dust cloud from baby powder? That's kind of funny honestly. Is it really getting all over your place or are you just being dramatic?

Not to be that person but it's not baby powder, it's cornstarch. I just use it the same way. @the_evan the cloud settles slow, so yeah it kinda gets everywhere if you're not careful.
