Tried to build a floating shelf in my Denver apartment last Tuesday and it's now a permanent part of the wall.

I used a stud finder that must have been broken, because I drilled into a pipe and now my landlord is involved. Anyone know a good drywall repair person in the area?

Broken stud finders are the worst. Before you call anyone, check if your lease has rules about repairs. Some landlords make you use their guy and charge you double.
