Shoutout to the lady at Home Depot who told me to use a string line for my fence posts

I was trying to eyeball a straight line for a 40 foot fence in my backyard in Portland. After 3 posts were clearly crooked, she came over and said 'you need a string line, not a prayer'. Took her advice and everything lined up perfect on the first try. Has anyone else had a random stranger save their DIY project?
