Just walked out of Bucharest Grill on Michigan Ave and I'm worried about their kitchen setup

Went there for lunch today around 1pm. Place was busy which is fine. But I noticed the dishwasher in the back was running with the door cracked open and steam just pouring into the dining area. Felt like 80 degrees in there. Then I saw a cook wipe his hands on his apron and grab a handful of flatbread without gloves. I know a lot of places operate like this but with the health inspection scores being public now in Detroit I'm wondering how long this place stays open. Anyone else notice stuff like this at other local spots?

Dishwasher steam in the dining room is a red flag. I saw that at a pizza joint on Woodward last summer. Felt like a sauna in there. Cooks kept wiping their hands on dirty aprons too. Detroit health scores are online now, public record. That place got shut down 2 months later.
