Just read that Detroit has over 700 active construction projects right now

I was looking at a report from the city's building department website yesterday. It blew my mind to see the actual number, especially with how many crews I see out on roofs lately. Has anyone else noticed a specific area that's really booming with new builds?

My buddy lives over in the North End and says the constant hammering is like a new alarm clock. His whole block has three new houses going up and two more getting full rehabs. It feels like every empty lot on his street has a foundation poured now.
