Just fixed a $300 mistake in our invoicing system

I noticed a bunch of our small business clients kept paying late last quarter. Took me 3 hours digging through QuickBooks to realize we had the wrong email template set for invoice reminders. It was sending the notice to us instead of the customer, like some kind of test mode we forgot to turn off. Now we're back to getting paid on time, which is wild for a 2 person shop in Ferndale. Anyone else finding these weird little settings that mess things up?

Missed that one myself last year with a completely DIFFERENT thing. Had the thank you page email going to our junk folder for SIX months. Clients were sending me screenshots of their confirmations and I just thought they were being weird.
