Used to think the online bill dispute thing was better than paper forms. After my third failed attempt with the city's new system, I'm not so sure.

Yeah heard a thing on the radio last week about how a lot of these city website updates actually make things harder. They said the companies selling the new software over promise how easy it is. Makes me wonder if they even try using it for real tasks like disputing a bill before they buy it.
