Old way vs new way - calling to report a problem vs chatting online
I used to always call customer service for issues like a messed up order, waited 20 minutes on hold at 8am. Now I just use the live chat and get it fixed in 5 minutes flat. Which method do you guys think actually gets better results?

Read somewhere that companies actually handle chat complaints better because they can multitask and look up your info while talking. Less pressure than someone breathing on the phone.
