Finally hit 0 calls on hold after 3 hours with Comcast
I spent 3 hours and 12 minutes on the phone with Comcast yesterday trying to fix my internet. The customer service rep kept transferring me to different departments and each time I hit a new hold record. Finally after the 6th transfer I got hung up on and the automated system said my call was important. Has anyone else been stuck in that loop where you keep getting disconnected before anyone helps?

Right? Planned obsolescence is real. Everything's glued together now.
