Called the main customer service line vs. the 'executive' email address for a shipping mess

My package was stuck for 8 days with no scan. I spent 45 minutes on hold with the main 800 number, got transferred twice, and the rep just read a script. The next day, I found the 'executive escalations' email on their website. I sent one email with my tracking number and the whole story. A real person called me back in under an hour, found the package at a wrong facility, and got it moving. The difference was talking to someone with the power to actually look into a system, not just read a screen. Has anyone else found a backdoor contact that actually works?

Heard about a buddy who had a dead phone line for weeks. Regular support just kept making him reboot his router. He finally dug up some internal office email for the local tech team. A guy actually drove out and fixed a cut wire on the pole the next day.
