A warning about the new call center for BrightStar Internet in Austin

I spent three hours on hold last Tuesday trying to get a billing error fixed, and the rep, a guy named Mark, kept putting me on hold to 'check with a supervisor' before finally hanging up. The next day I called back, got a different person who said Mark's notes were just 'customer upset, no issue found' and they refused to even look at my bill. Has anyone else in Texas had to deal with their support lately? It's a complete black hole.

Ugh that's brutal. I used to defend their customer service but after my last call I'm totally with you, it's hopeless now.
