Warning for anyone using that new bonding treatment from the supply shop on Main Street

I tried the Eluminex bonding treatment on a client last Tuesday and her hair started snapping off at the root after three days. Turns out I was leaving it on way too long because the bottle said 20 minutes but that was for virgin hair, not highlighted. Anyone else run into trouble with a product's directions being misleading like that?

Did the bottle even mention that anywhere or was it just tiny print?

7 times out of 10 the fine print is where they hide everything, right? Its like companies count on nobody reading past the big bold claims on the front. @janaw11 you gotta wonder if they do it on purpose or if its just sloppy labeling.
