Vent: A client in Phoenix last month insisted on a bleach-and-tone in one sitting against my advice.
Now her hair is breaking off in sections and she's blaming my 'technique', not the compromised state it was in when she sat down.

Phoenix clients in July are a special kind of stubborn, aren't they. You can explain the science of compromised hair until you're blue in the face and they still hear "do it faster". Now it's your fault the straw finally broke. Classic.
