A client told me my brow mapping was off and I was so embarrassed

She pulled out her phone and showed me her old esthetician's work side by side. I shifted my starting point by about 3mm and now I ask every brow client to bring a reference photo first. Anyone else get a hard truth from a customer that actually helped?

Did you at least thank them for being honest about it?

Nah, I was too busy trying to crawl under the table and disappear honestly. Thanking them would've required me to actually be a functional human in that moment, which I clearly wasn't. Guess that's what I get for asking questions I wasn't ready to hear the answer to.
