Why did nobody warn me about AI slop in internal newsletters?

I was reviewing our monthly employee digest and found a whole section on 'synergy-driven initiatives' that had clearly been generated by a chatbot. One of our newer managers pasted it in without even checking the tone or the facts. How are you all handling AI-generated content slipping into your internal comms before it gets approved?
