Rant: The CEO accidentally emailed the whole company his grocery list

Last Thursday our CEO meant to forward a draft of the quarterly update to our VP of comms, but he typed 'all staff' instead. The email that landed in everyone's inbox at 9:15 AM was titled 'Things to grab at Target' and included items like 'low-fat Greek yogurt, trash bags, and a new phone charger.' I was sitting in my cubicle on the third floor when I saw the reply-all chain explode with people asking if the yogurt was for the break room. Our comms director had to send a recall notice and then a follow-up apologizing for the mix-up within 20 minutes. The whole thing turned into a running joke, and now the CEO double-checks every send. Has anyone else had a leader blow up their own inbox by accident and have to spin it into a teachable moment?
