Accidentally sent a draft with tracked changes to the whole company
Last month I hit reply all on a vendor update but forgot to accept changes from legal first. The doc showed the CEO's strike-through comments about the marketing team calling the launch a 'flop' instead of a 'soft release'. Took IT about 20 minutes to pull the email, but the damage was done. Turns out my team now runs everything through a two-person review before sending, and honestly it's made our comms cleaner. Has anyone else had a near miss that pushed you to add extra approval steps?
