Spent 6 hours chasing a tool offset glitch on a Haas VF-2 last Tuesday
I was running a batch of 304 stainless brackets and every 3rd part had a .015 step where there shouldn't be one. Turns out the tool offset page had a random 0.010 leftover from a previous job that I kept skipping over. Has anyone else had a weird offset issue that took forever to track down?

Heard a guy at HFO say Haas offsets have a habit of not clearing out between jobs if you don't hit the reset button specific. Might be worth checking that next time you swap parts.
