Overheard a guy at the tool crib say 'the machine doesn't lie, but the program can' when a part was off spec.
It made me start double-checking my tool offsets against the actual print before every first article run, which saved me from scrapping a whole batch of 4140 parts last Thursday.

My buddy Jake had a guy like that at his place last month. This dude would just stand in the kitchen staring at the fridge for like ten minutes, not getting anything. Jake told me everyone started hiding their snacks in their rooms, @dakota160. It got so bad his roommate marked her yogurt with a pen. The guy left after a week and the whole house just relaxed.
