Midnight shift at an aerospace shop in Phoenix changed my mind about climb milling vs conventional

Watching a 20-year veteran take a 0.100" pass on titanium with climb milling at 3 AM convinced me to stop babying my feeds and let the tool do the work, has anyone else had a senior guy flip your setup habits on their head?

Stop babying my feeds" is a bit dramatic, isn't it? Sounds like the guy just had a good setup and a solid insert.

Walked into my buddy's garage last weekend and saw he had like three different monitors stacked on top of each other with zip ties and a folding chair from the 90s. Dude was proud of it too. Sometimes people get so caught up in how something looks that they forget the point is to just have fun or get the job done. Actually makes me wonder why we care so much about what other people have on their desk in the first place.
