Tried to save $200 by using a junkyard alternator on my daily driver

Ended up replacing it twice in 3 months and finally bought a reman from Autozone for $85 after core return, has anyone else had way better luck with rebuilds than yard pulls?

Stick with the reman and save yourself the hassle. Those yard parts can be a gamble with hidden problems that cost more in the long run. 85 bucks is a fair deal for peace of mind.
