Stumbled into a junkyard in Bakersfield yesterday and noticed something weird about the tires on the old sedans

Every single Crown Vic from the early 2000s had mismatched tire brands on the rear axle, like people were just grabbing whatever was cheapest to pass inspection, has anyone else seen this pattern at scrapyards?

Jump into that pattern real quick - it's not just Bakersfield either, I've seen the same thing at yards in Fresno and San Jose where those Crown Vics always have mismatched rear tires because people just grab whatever holds air from the donation pile.
