Blew $120 on a smoke machine for vacuum leaks, still can't decide if it was worth it
Half the guys on here swear a cheap eBay smoke machine pays for itself the first time you chase a rough idle, but the other half say a $4 propane torch and a length of hose does the same job, so I want to hear from people who actually dropped the cash: did yours find a leak you'd never have caught by ear, or is it sitting in a drawer while you still spray brake cleaner on everything?
