The old Nikon F2 finder at a garage sale in Portland

Stopped by an estate sale on NE 82nd last Saturday and saw a beater F2 with a cracked prism, but the guy wanted $180 for it, and I spent 40 minutes explaining why the meter circuit alone was worth half that, has anyone else talked a seller down from that kind of sticker shock?
