Found out the hard way that canned air isn't the same as a proper blower for sensor cleaning
I used a can of compressed air on a Nikon D750 sensor last week and it left a residue that took forever to clean off. A buddy at a shop in Denver told me I should have used a manual air blower instead. The canned stuff just sprays propellant when you tilt it wrong. Has anyone else had this issue or found a good alternative for sensor dust?

Ngl that residue is brutal. I switched to a Rocket blower after the same thing happened to me, never touching canned air on a sensor again.

Same thing happened to my 6D, that white film was impossible to get off without a wet clean. Switched to a Rocket blower too and it's been smooth sailing ever since.
