TIL that firing a bad client can actually help your business grow
Last month, I finally dropped a client in Denver who was always late on payments and changed the scope of work every week. My revenue dipped for a week, but then I used that free time to land two new, better-paying projects that fit my schedule. Has anyone else had a slow month turn around after making a tough call like that?

@lisa_hill23 I get it but sometimes you gotta eat the slow months to keep from going under.
