Thought training videos were just fluff until I watched one on client retention
I was sure those business growth videos were all hype, but a 12-minute reel from a guy in Denver broke down why we lost 3 regulars last quarter and it clicked. Has anyone else found a free resource that actually fixed a blind spot in their operations?

My friend found a typo in their script mid-call and just said "oops" to the customer.
