Our hardware store in Boise went from 3 to 15 local contractor accounts in under a year

We started a simple monthly newsletter with project ideas and bulk order discounts, which seemed to really connect. Now I'm wondering if it was the content itself or just the regular reminder that got them in the door more often. What's been more effective for you guys, consistent outreach or just having the right product on the shelf?
