Our 5 person crew got 3x the replies when we swapped the contact form for a plain email address
We run a small landscaping biz in Boise and our site had that standard contact form for almost two years, getting maybe 4 or 5 leads a month. In March I got fed up and just put our real email right on the page with a line that says tell us your yard size and what needs doing, and we pulled 17 real leads in the first month. Is anyone else finding that people just hate filling out forms, or is this a Boise thing?
