I finally figured out why our email list wasn't growing after 2 years. The problem was our sign-up button.

Honestly I used to think the button color or text was just a small detail. After reading this I went and checked our own sign-up form and wow, it was buried at the bottom of a huge page. Totally changed how I look at user flow now. Gonna have to move that thing front and center.

Right? It's crazy how you can miss something so obvious. I did the same thing last month with our checkout button, it was basically hiding in plain sight.
