Dropped $2k on a fancy CRM software last quarter and it nearly sank us
I was convinced we needed HubSpot's premium tier to automate follow-ups and stop losing leads. We trained for two weeks but the system was too complex for our small team, so we ended up ignoring it and went back to spreadsheets. Anyone else waste money on a tool that sounded good but just added chaos?

Leo put his phone number on that form to get a free credit report and ended up with a recurring 30 dollar monthly charge he couldn't cancel for six months. I saw the same thing happen to my cousin when he tried that "free trial" for a debt consolidation app. So my question is, what exactly does this thing get you that a good old fashioned notebook and a calculator can't do for free?
