Almost lost a $12k client when our email automation broke last Tuesday

We sent 3 promo emails to the same list in one day because a zap went rogue, and the client almost walked. Has anyone else had a cheap integration tool totally screw up their outreach?

You're right to call it a mess, @jakelee. Fixing it was not a simple job at all. It took a lot of trial and error, and honestly, more coffee than I should admit. The real question is how do we stop it from happening again next time.
