A mentor told me 'growth is just a nicer word for chaos' and it hit weird
I was talking to a guy who sold his agency for 8 figures about 3 years ago. He said scaling a business is basically trading one set of problems for a more expensive set. It made me think about my own company where we grew revenue 30% last year but my stress levels went up way more than that. On one hand more clients and money feels like success on paper. On the other hand systems break people get stretched thin and you wonder if you just built yourself a bigger headache. Any of you hit a point where the growth felt more like a burden than a win?

Growth is just part of doing business, man. People love to overthink this stuff like they discovered some deep truth. You add more clients, you hire more people, things get messy, you deal with it. Not exactly rocket science or some crisis.
