Question about a bullet journal milestone I just hit
I was flipping back through my 2024 journal and counted 47 straight days where I filled out my daily gratitude log. I honestly didn't think I'd stick with it past a week. How do you guys keep a long streak going without burning out on it?

Streaks are overrated. Forcing yourself to write something grateful every single day just turns it into another chore. The point gets lost. Some days you just stub your toe and nothing feels good, and that's fine. Better to write three real things once a week than force out "I'm grateful for coffee" for 47 days straight.

Totally get that! I've seen the same thing with fitness trackers, where hitting a step goal becomes more important than actually enjoying a walk. The number becomes the whole point and you lose the real feeling.
