That conversation with my sister made me rethink my whole habit tracker setup
My sister called me last night to ask about my bullet journal since she wanted to start one. I was showing her my habit tracker with like 20 different things I track every day - water, steps, reading, vitamins, flossing, you name it. She just said "that looks like a chore list, not a journal" and it hit me different. I spent a solid 30 minutes after that call looking at my pages and realized she was right. I was spending 15 minutes every morning just filling in boxes instead of actually using the journal to plan my day. Now I'm thinking of cutting my tracker down to just 5 core habits and using the rest of the space for actual notes. Has anyone else ever had a family member make you see your own journal totally different?
