My monthly review used to be a two hour mess, now it's 20 minutes tops
I started bullet journaling in 2019 to track expenses and habits. My old system was a mess. I'd flip through 30+ pages, rewrite lists, and redo my entire layout every single month. It took forever and I always skipped it by March. Then last October I read a post about keeping a separate 'review' spread with just three columns: what worked, what flopped, and what I want to try next. I also stopped moving old tasks forward. I just cross them out and write new ones. Now my monthly review takes about 20 minutes on a Sunday night. Has anyone else cut their review time down by simplifying instead of adding more trackers?

Totally agree with ditching the 'move tasks forward' thing. I used to waste so much time rewriting the same stuff, now I just let it die and write fresh. That three column idea sounds way better than my current mess, might steal it lol.
