I use one cheap notebook and a pen from my junk drawer, and the fancy journal stuff almost made me stop
Back in March I bought a $32 dotted journal with thick paper and a set of 12 markers, and my spreads got so pretty I stopped actually using them. The week of March 17 was a mess, I spent 40 minutes drawing a mood tracker instead of writing down the three things I had to do, and I missed a call back from my landlord about the lease. So I went back to a $1.50 composition book and a plain ballpoint, and I've filled 60 pages in two months. Everyone says the nice paper makes you want to keep going, but for me it just made me scared to mess it up. Does anyone else do better with the cheapest notebook in the house?
