Hot take: my bullet journal saved me from a total meltdown last Tuesday
I had three project deadlines, a sick kid, and a flat tire all hit at once, and my usual digital calendar just showed a solid wall of red. I sat down with my journal, used the rapid logging method to brain dump every single task, and it turned a chaotic mess into 17 clear, small steps I could actually do. Has anyone else had a week where physically writing it all down was the only thing that kept you sane?

17 steps though? That feels like a lot. I mean, yeah writing stuff down can help organize your brain a bit, but saying it saved you from a meltdown sounds dramatic. I just grab a sticky note and scribble the top 3 things when I'm stressed.
