DAE notice more people bullet journaling at the library than at any coffee shop?
I was at the main library branch in Boise last Saturday waiting on a hold to come in, and I counted 6 people at the long tables with dot grid notebooks open. Not a single laptop in sight at two of those tables. One lady had a whole pouch of pens and was laying out a monthly spread, and the guy next to her was just doing a straight up daily log with no decorations at all. Back when I started journaling 2 years ago I felt like the only one doing this in public, and every post I saw made me think it was all coffee shop photo shoots. The library crowd seems way more about getting stuff done than making it look pretty. Made me wonder if the quiet room is just a better place for this hobby than the background noise and $6 latte. Where do you all actually sit down and do your spreads, and does the spot change how much you get done?
