That one Tuesday where my grocery bill made zero sense

I walked out of the Piggly Wiggly with two bags and paid $63. Last week the same stuff ran me $91. No coupons, no sale signs, just prices finally dropping on eggs and chicken. Then I got home and found the receipt had a $12 discount for something I didn't even grab, store loyalty glitch I guess. I know it's weird to complain about a low bill, but has anyone else seen prices swing that much week to week and wonder if you're being bait-and-switched?
