Talked to my barber in Nashville about his budget and it hit different

Guy told me he puts 30% of every haircut into a separate account just for slow months. Made me realize I need to build a real system instead of just crossing my fingers and hoping. Anyone else have a random conversation that made you rethink your whole approach?
