Lost $60 on a groupon for a meal prep service that sent me moldy chicken on day 2

Spent a whole Sunday afternoon portioning out 14 containers of slimy breasts before I noticed the smell, has anyone else had luck getting a refund from those Groupon vendors when the food is clearly bad?

Have you noticed how every deal that sounds too good to be true has this weird hidden catch now? I swear it's like companies found out they can just slap a groupon on their worst products and blame the customer when it goes bad. The part that gets me is they know most people won't fight for a refund over $60 so they just get away with it... whole system feels broken honestly.
