Heads up on that free budgeting app that syncs to your bank account

I tried that newer budgeting app 'PennyLane' last month and it looked GREAT for the first week. Then I noticed it had double-counted a $45 transfer between my checking and savings as spending. I checked my bank statement and realized the app just ignores savings accounts entirely. So my 'budget win' of saving $200 that month was actually a loss because the app showed me wrong numbers. Has anyone else caught an app making mistakes like that?
